2007/08 CFPL Masters Trophy

The inaugural Chalk Farm Pool League Masters trophy will be played at the Boston Arms on the weekend of June 28th/29th 2008.

With 21 teams in both divisions, the 21 players with the best win percentage record for their teams will automatically qualify (this is subject to players playing in a minimum of SIXTEEN matches in either singles, doubles matches or a mixture of both).

The next best 11 with the best win percentage in both divisions overall will also qualify (again subject to the minimum SIXTEEN match rule).

If players are tied on win percentages, numbers of points won for their respective teams will come into operation.

32 Players - Straight knockout - No seedings - Draw to be made on opening day, Saturday June 28th 2008

Saturday June 28th - Last 32 (16 Matches) And Last 16 (8 Matches) - All Best Of 3

Sunday June 29th - Quarter-Finals (Best Of  3), Semi-Final (Best Of 5) And Final (Best Of 7).

Trophy plus £100 to winner, £50 to Runner-Up - All to be presented at the annual CFPL presentation evening.
